Care instructions  

Please remove the jewelry prior to washing hands, bathing, swimming and sleeping. And ensure that the jewelry is not exposed UV light, hairspray, cosmetics and perfume.

Gift wrapping and packaging  

All of the products come with a small custom made wooden box, ready for gift giving.

Can you resize the rings?  

No, I don’t do any resizing job because I don’t have the equipment to do the job (laser welding). I always recommend any of my buyers to have them resized at their reputable local jewelers. The only thing I can do is to remove the stone, and pretty much create the ring from the beginning, which will compromise the integrity of the design.

Returns  

All sales are final. I suggest you think very carefully before purchasing. I no longer offer returns, refunds or exchange if you changed your mind for any reasons, unless the item you received is defective or damaged. I took the photograph in natural lights only. It’s often very hard to photograph gemstones accurately, because the colours may be vary depending on the light source, angle and variations in individual monitors. Your jewellery may look slightly different in person than it does online. For that reason, please request me for a video to be taken for any of your favorite piece through my Instagram page.

Prices  

The prices are in US dollars. All the prices that are listed are based on the time spent to design, the complexity of the design, construction of the piece by hand and finally the materials such as gemstones and precious metals. You are responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.
